This is our first blog post for Secret Paradise!
And there will be loads more to come, touching on real-life issues that we feel is important to shed light upon.
We’re really excited to share useful facts and knowledge with you, not only from the spa industry but everything we feel is important for you as the person who reads this blog, is!
Today’s topic is having a beautiful body!
People think it is impossible to have a beautiful body. That it’s too hard, you have to live at the gym 7 days a week and have to live on a restricted boring diet.
That’s your mindset that is reflecting what’s going on inside. People often who take care of their body are image conscious and it seems to serve them extremely well in life. People’s perception may not be important to you initially however if you are to further yourself in life, it becomes very important to keep yourself in shape to put your best foot forward.
By doing that, you are sending a message to yourself (and others!) subliminally that you take care of yourself. With it being October– a traditionally winter month where we hide behind our coats, layers of clothing and scarves, it is incredibly easy to let yourself go with the festive season fast approaching us.
However, the fruit is always created from the root–as has been famously been said.
And people expect the fruit to change without changing the root. Which is frankly, impossible.
I, Nadia Arain–created Secret Paradise for this very reason. As a former model, I know how important it is to take care of your well being and body. I’ve personally carried out numerous social experiments and recorded people’s reactions and the evidence is substantially outstanding.
People *always* respond better to those who look good. Looking good can be wearing stylish clothes, staying in shape or having well placed make-up/accessories on.
We are hard-wired to look our best because none of us is immune to the glances and free-flowing compliments that follow after primping ourselves up.
A beautiful body starts and ends at two things.
1) The food you eat
2) The workout/exercise regime you have
I often watch Gillian McKeith’s “You are what you eat” and its a good reminder to me that what I’m putting into my body is what my health is going to be like. If I eat saturated fat, foods high in sugar and salt and aspartame laden soft drinks, I won’t be healthy for very long.
And that isn’t good for me or the people I love at all!
A work out regimen is truly important. Many people pile all their weight on their mid-section, especially women. Blame the Estrogen. Estrogen makes cells hold on to fat much more than Testosterone does. So working out your obliques is very necessary.
At the spa, we understand this concern, hence our Green Tea Abdomen Treatment is so incredibly popular. Using Radoxo and natural slimming lipo oils combined with a pure green tea mask, we are able to shrink off stubborn fat that doesn’t seem to want to move after a few sessions.
And the results are brilliant. When you look good, you know that you’re going to fit into your clothes better. And you’re going to want to show them off to everyone, right?
Until next time, keep crisp and look good!
